Position: Client Account Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Client Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role you will manage client relationships ensure service delivery and identify opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
Understand client goals and develop strategies to meet their needs.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular progress reports.
Address client inquiries promptly and provide effective resolutions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure all client account activities are in line with company standards and expectations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
13 years of experience in client relations account management or customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
