About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Superintendent the Cue Supervisor is a critical frontline leadership role responsible for supervising a team of FIFO drivers and loader operators supporting our Iron Ridge Mine operations as well as the upcoming Beebyn / W11 project launching in July.
Youll also provide on-the-ground support to depot-based drivers servicing these routes ensuring seamless coordination across all moving parts. This role is hands-on people-focused and vital to maintaining operational continuity and strong engagement across a remote team.
This is a FIFO position based out of Cue operating on a 6 days / 6 nights / 6 off roster providing a consistent and structured rotation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Cue-based drivers and loader operators ensuring clear communication performance follow-up and a connected team environment
- Be a regular and visible presence at the mine site (minimum 23 site visits per week) to support loader operators and maintain alignment with site stakeholders
- Monitor loader performance and coordinate VOCs maintenance and repairs as needed stepping into operational roles when required
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Cue depot including yard management shift transitions and ensuring changeover areas are clean safe and well-organised
- Support weighbridge operations by conducting inspections ensuring accurate data capture and coordinating task allocations for inbound and outbound driver movements
- Manage accommodation logistics for FIFO and depot-based staff including room allocations shift change coordination and liaising with catering providers to ensure food service continuity and satisfaction
- Coordinate and maintain cleaning services for depot accommodation crib huts and shared facilities upholding strict hygiene and presentation standards
- Oversee essential services such as potable water supply septic system servicing and timely waste management (including bin rotations and crib hut waste removal) to ensure smooth living and working conditions for all personnel
- Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the site through regular signage checks hazard controls and environmental upkeep in line with company standards
- Champion a safety-first culture reporting and resolving hazards promoting proactive risk management and ensuring full compliance with fatigue WAHVA and internal safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with your rostered counterpart to ensure leadership continuity and a unified approach to operations and team support
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- Leadership experience in a transport mining or logistics setting (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team through clarity and consistency
- Practical mindset and willingness to step into operational tasks when needed
- A passion for connecting remote workers and fostering a positive team culture
- A safety-first approach with an eye for process improvement
- MC licence and loader ticket (highly regarded)
