The Regional Driver Operations Center of Excellence is a dynamic team dedicated to managing and enhancing backend services for driver-partners across Southeast Asia. Our Regional COE - Training Team plays a pivotal role in empowering driver-partners by designing and delivering impactful training programs that elevate service quality and strengthen our reputation.
Get to know the Role
As a Training Lead you will spearhead initiatives to create and deliver high-quality training programs that ensure driver-partners excel in their roles. Your leadership will directly contribute to improving driver performance knowledge retention and service excellence.
The Day-to-day Activities
- Design and Develop Training Modules: Lead the creation and enhancement of training materials tailored to new and existing driver-partners.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Implement knowledge checks and assessments to measure the impact of training programs.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine training quality parameters to align with desired outcomes and identify areas for improvement in design and methodology.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments like Marketing Driver Operations and Planning & Analysis to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Support Regional Teams: Assist country training leads in evaluating driver quality results and achieving performance targets.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendor performance and handle escalations within the training process.
- Set and Achieve Milestones: Establish track and report progress for all supported markets.
Qualifications :
The Must-Have

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in training or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Canva Adobe Creatives and MCT along with comfort in training for mobile applications and operations.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong management interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a proactive and creative approach to leadership.
- Passion for Impact: A commitment to making a positive difference in emerging markets through social initiatives.
