Job Description
As a member of the Legal Department Team you will be expected to support company business activities including but not limited to:
Draft and review all types of agreements NDAs and other legal documents
Advise on different IP- and personal data-related matters
Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase of contracts and approval thereof with clients partners suppliers
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Qualifications :
Higher education degree in law
Proven track record and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry
Solid experience in commercial and civil law
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
