As the Global Brand Content Lead at COS you are responsible for creating a consistent and inspiring brand experience at every digital touchpoint. Through leadership collaboration and a customer-centric mindset you will execute the brand strategy through an elevated curation of the collection featuring impactful storytelling visuals and design across key category campaign and edits pages. Support COS to achieve its online growth potential by maximizing the collection and brand storytelling across new and existing digital channels.
What you will do:
- Ensure content is optimised according to regional performance data channel best practice AB testing and Digital Experience team guidance
- Secure strong content to support SEO and CRM growth across digital channels on a quarterly basis
- Together with the Digital Experience Lead establish the customer journey and site experience strategies for campaigns and content in-line with commercial priorities and brand vison
- Collaborate closely with the Studio Team Styling and Art Direction to ensure e-commerce photography is represented through a clear dynamic and innovative shopping experience
- Deliver a clear and impactful content package to regional teams in collaboration with Content Digital Design & Experience teams executing the brand and strategic experience across key site pages including categories edits and special projects each quarter
- Within the workflow act as a key collaborator to Design & Buying Merch & Ecommerce to deliver the right collection & content at the right time in each region and channel utilizing data
- Partner with Digital Design and Copy to secure digital content executed in a purpose-driven elevated and brand-aligned way
- Support global and regional stakeholders through training and coaching sessions to ensure they understand the evolution of the brand and deliver the strongest brand expression across all channels
- Optimize the shopping experience on the highest converting category pages each quarter to highlight the collection in the most engaging and shoppable way
- Ensure there is strong visual storytelling across product listing pages by ensuring regions utilize campaign and studio imagery to support inspiring visual merchandising
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure newsletters are aligned with the brand guidelines using the strongest imagery copy and grids to enrich storytelling and deliver the strongest message to the customer in line with the brand vision and commercial needs

What you need to succeed:
- Experience working with the digital brand direction for a fashion company luxury experience is desirable
- Someone with a visual eye and able to create a strategy for our online branding.
- Able to collaborate and communicate with different teams within a brand marketing department
- You are detail-oriented and deadline-driven where required ensuring all aspects of the workflow are clearly managed and executed on time
- Ability to balance customer mindset and brand vision guided by commercial plans and content strategy
