Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Take an active role in the preparation and presentation of meals
Contribute to the creation and development of menus
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene safety and cleanliness
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders efficiently
Support the training and development of kitchen staff
Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience including prior work as a Chef de Partie
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Committed to hygiene and safety regulations
Flexible and able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Creative and open to innovation in the kitchen
Responsible detail-oriented and organized
