Responsibilities:
Ignite your kitchen teams passion with inspiring leadership and creative recognition
Ensure high-quality food and wow guests with innovative menus
Foster customer relations by engaging guests and promptly addressing feedback
Optimise kitchen operations control costs and ensure resources meet business needs
Build lasting win-win supplier relationships and trust within the hotel
Keep your team in the loop and ensure staffing is spot-on to meet business demands
About You:
Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar team management role (hotel background preferable)
When the heat is on you step up and handle everything with cool confidence and a smile
Master of time and chaos ready to tackle weekends and evenings with flair!
