The Science & Insights (S&I) Division is seeking to appoint an Administration Support Officer to provide support to the Executive Support and Divisional Services branch.
The Administrative Support Officer provides essential business coordination and administration services to support the effective and efficient operations of the Division in accordance with Division/Agency and cluster wide policies and procedures.
About You
You will perform various financial and administrative support tasks including the collation of information for budgets; checking monthly expenditure; preparation of purchase orders; goods receipting of invoices accounts payable and receivable activities; asset capture; report generation and journal preparation to support compliance meeting coordination fleet coordination and organisational support for the division (refer role description for full details).
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the division and its operations as you participate in a wide range of administrative and reporting activities in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
