Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control the temperature of water amounts of soap solution and other chemicals to clean but not damage equipment or laundry.
• Extract and dry washed linens.
• Collect soiled linens. Fold sort and distribute clean laundry.
• Mark linens for proper identification.
• Maintain a clean and orderly laundry room and linen storage areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Director of Facility Services or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Capable of standing and walking throughout the workday
• Willingness to perform routine repetitive tasks and ability to regulate and maintain workflow
• Pleasant personality and patience exhibited while interacting with residents guests and team members
• Ability to read write communicate and comprehend English
