Job Summary
Provide direct support to a Department of Defense customer for multi-domain effects technology transition and fielding.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead advisor to DoD program managers for the evaluation of advanced M&S results wargaming and command and control technology (e.g. JADC2)
- Provides advice technical guidance and expertise to program staff in the following areas:
- Multi-domain systems
- Modeling and Simulation of mission-level and campaign-level operations
- JADC2 ABMS EW and Cyber
- Multi-domain systems
- Represent emerging technologies at exercises and wargames
- Oversee the technical efforts of FFRDC National Lab or contractor RF R&D studies
- Provides detailed analysis evaluation and recommendations for improvements for mission critical challenges/issues
- Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions
- Ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of act
Qualifications
- Masters degree in a science engineering or technical field or BS with 20 years relevant experience
- 10 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than three (3) years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
- Experience must include modeling and simulation table-top exercises and JADC2
- Must be a self-starter able to take initiative work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated
- Excellent oral written and reporting communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
