All about the role:

We are looking to appoint an ECT to teach in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (depending on your strengths and our schools needs). You will have full class responsibility and be supported every step of the way by your mentor year group team and senior leaders.

Your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure all children make excellent progress.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan moderate and share good practice.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils parents and the wider school community.

You will receive dedicated release time for ECT development and regular mentoring meetings to support your professional growth and well-being.

  • An enthusiastic and motivated individual with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) due to qualify in Summer 2025.
