POSITION SUMMARY
Role Summary:
The Wedding & Event Coordinator is responsible for planning organizing and overseeing weddings and special events from conception through completion. This includes liaising with clients managing vendors creating timelines and ensuring smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their vision and budget.
Plan and manage timelines budgets and checklists.
Coordinate with venues vendors and service providers.
Oversee day-of logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
