What were looking for
Were looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our this key role youll be the backbone of our people department providing essential administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
As the first point of contact for employee inquiries youll play a crucial part in ensuring our team feels supported and heard. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
Your responsibilities will include...
1. HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Management
2. Payroll Administration
3. First-Line Support & Employee Inquiries
4. Reporting & Data Management
