For the OEM Engagement Marketing team were looking for a Marketing Manager to develop further our commercial and supply relationship with the automotive OEMs while also deepening our understanding of Automotive OEMs expectations and positioning to drive further upwards the value we bring to our customers.
Reporting to the OEM Engagement Marketing Director in the Analog and Automotive Embedded Systems (AAES) Business Line this role is responsible for leading all directed-buys commercial legal sustainability and supply-related OEM Engagement Marketing activities with the assigned Automotive OEMs.

Job Summary

  • Be the trusted point of contact of the Global Sales & Marketing organization teams in charge of automotive OEMs for all directed-buys commercial legal sustainability and supply topics;

  • Engage effectively with automotive OEM to build strong commercial relationship and work jointly with Product Lines shared service centers (legal supply chain sustainability legal) Automotive System Engineering & Marketing (ASEM) organization to position the global NXP offering from the AAES Business Line;

  • Build up a strong and detailed understanding (mapping) of the different automotive OEMs in term of vehicle segmentation Electronic/Electric platforms evolution volumes per sub-segments MCU/MPU competition verticalization etc;

  • Collaborate with ASEM commercial Marketing automotive OEM Sales AAES Business Lines multiple Product Lines legal supply chain sustainability and technical experts in core teams to drive the NXP answer to automotive OEM tenders and legal master agreements.

Profile:

  • MS in Electrical Engineering additional degree in business administration is an advantage. MS in economics could also be evaluated based on experience and soft skills.

  • 5 years in the field of high technologies (preferred semiconductor and/or automotive domains) and customer-facing roles (Marketing/Business Development).

  • Proven track record of commercial successes in marketing positioning of products or services tender and legal contract negotiation.

  • Fact-based and strongly data- & detail-driven but with the ability to look at the big picture.

  • Logical mindset Self-driven open-minded and good negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

  • Very good command of Microsoft office particularly with EXCEL as a real plus.

  • German native/bilingual speaker highly preferred fluent in spoken and written English further foreign languages (French or Italian) would be a strong plus.

  • Willingness to travel when necessary
