What you will do:
- Manage and oversee a team of employees in front of house positions
- Support any FOH position when needed and operate in that position effectively
- Adhere to cleaning and safety standards of the facilities and ensure employees do the same
- Assist in the execution of private events
- Follow WhirlyBall rules policies and conditions of employment as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in high-volume management and several years in the food service/hospitality industry
- Natural leader to oversee and train front of house team members
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to work with as a team
- Strong at multitasking and attention to detail
- Valid Illinois drivers license required
