About the role:
The role of Programme Office Lead is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and programmes contributing to the strategic goals of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Monitor and review Investment Theme portfolio performance (ITH03 Modernise Cyber Security & Infrastructure) making proactive adjustments to achieve superior outcomes
- Provide regular updates and reports on ITH progress highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
- Engage regularly with tribe leads and program managers to provide in-depth updates insights and strategic recommendations
- Maintain an overview of ITH03 highlight deviations and impediments
- Run the LCM and Infrastructure clusters
- Understand and monitor dependencies on foundations roll out and impacts to projects
- Represent GTS on multi-year plans investment decisions and monitor the foundations roadmap
- Close collaboration with Cyber and Resilience portfolio managers
Requirements:
- Strong track record in executive portfolio management investment analysis or a comparable senior role
- Broad knowledge of our IT infrastructure and good knowledge of Euroclear business.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and all phases of epic governance from initial demand through to post-launch
- Assertiveness ability to voice opinion with influencing skills across various stakeholders levels and steering committees
- Proven ability to understand and see the big picture
- Strong decision-making skills based on data analysis and strategic thinking
- Ability to address conflicts and disputes effectively and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead with empathy build trust and align diverse perspective towards shared goals
- Strategic and creative thinking result-driven with a proven track record and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment
