Position: Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and client acquisition across LATAM
- Localize and manage global marketing campaigns across digital offline and event channels
- Create and manage engaging social media content and advertising in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Align marketing initiatives with business goals through collaboration with global and local sales teams
- Build and manage partnerships with local influencers financial media and affiliate networks
- Coordinate and lead participation in local events such as expos seminars and roadshows
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance ROI and customer behavior insights
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and reflect brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communication or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in regional marketing preferably in financial services fintech trading or online brokerage
- Strong understanding of LATAM consumer behavior and media landscape
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. Fluency in Portuguese will be considered as an advantage
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
