About IntervAI
IntervAI is a Vienna-based AI startup revolutionizing early-stage recruitment. Our B2B solution empowers recruiters to automate resume screening and first-round interviews using conversational AI agents helping teams reach 3 more candidates 5 faster.
We are currently expanding and looking for an intern who can help us grow our presence in the Turkish market.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients (recruitment agencies HR departments tech companies) via LinkedIn email and other channels
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in Trkiye
- Support the preparation and localization of marketing materials (presentations landing pages email templates)
- Assist in managing CRM tools and reporting outreach performance
- Join product demos with potential Turkish pilot clients and support follow-up communication
- Collaborate directly with the founder and growth team on go-to-market strategies
- Provide market insights and competitor research within the local B2B hiring ecosystem
Requirements
What We are Looking For
- University student or recent graduate in Business Marketing Communication or related fields
- Fluent in Turkish and comfortable communicating in English
- Strong communication skills and a proactive self-driven attitude
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in tech AI or HR tools
- Previous experience in B2B marketing sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)
- Availability for approximately 15 hours per week for at least 3 months
