Position: Customer Support
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to customers by phone email chat and social media channels
- Handle with all questions and inquiries about products and services
- Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to customers
- Closely work with other together with other departments for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain service with expertise clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone tablet or computer)
- Good and customer-friendly service
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
