Your Opportunity:

As Non Stock Lead you will be responsible for managing the global allocation of Non Stock consumables. You will work closely with the Non Stock Specialist to ensure all allocations are delivered accurately and on time. You will also manage the Non Stock portals on Fresh and Shopify ensuring all data is current and correct. The role will include purchasing duties as well as vendor management. You will ensure the procurement of Non Stock consumables are effectively supplied to our warehouses globally. With support from the Non Stock Specialist you will provide regular reporting on allocation metrics and platform analytics.

  • Review non stock allocations
  • Manage the stationery order process end to end including vendor set up in new markets
  • Manage regional/global store allocations for consumables and piercing products via 3PL network
  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships price negotiations inbound volumes to DCs
  • Procurement of global Non-Stock consumables
  • Invoice approvals payment follow up working within budget constraints.
  • Management of Non Stock platforms ensuring portals are current and correct
  • Maintaining relationships with internal customers attending regular meetings
  • Manage Projects and Initiatives requested by the business
  • Providing active support for the Lovisa Logistics continuous improvement (CI) culture

Procurement (30%) - Team Management (30%) - Administration Invoicing/PO Management/Reporting (40%)

  • Strong communication skills at all levels email phone & Teams
  • English level Advanced
  • Intermediate MS-Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
  • Ability to work to deadlines
