Up to 65k plus Bonus
If you are a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager we have a fantastic opportunity for you to manage a 40 bed care home in Great Crosby Liverpool for a highly regarded charitable care provider that has strong values and a genuine person-centred ethos.

If you are a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager we have a fantastic opportunity for you to manage a 40 bed care home in Great Crosby Liverpool for a highly regarded charitable care provider that has strong values and a genuine person-centred ethos.
The role:
- As Home Manager you will be responsible for this 40 bed home that provides residential and specialist dementia care for older adults
- With support from a fantastic senior team and strong infrastructure you will lead your team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the residents
- By providing exceptionally high levels of individualised care which reflect best practice you will strive to exceed regulatory requirements
- You will also effectively manage the overall budget for the home with assistance from the finance department and your administration team.
About you:
- You will be a strong leader who has gained previous experience effectively managing a similar-sized home.
- You will have a good track record of achieving positive outcomes with CQC.
- With a passion for providing the highest quality of care and support you will have the ability to inspire and motivate others to ensure that the residents remain at the heart of everything.
- You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills liaising effectively with a wide demographic of stakeholders.
- Up to 65k basic salary
- Up to 10k bonus
- 38 days holiday!
