Job Description
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst: Clinic Based

Annual Salary Range: 88000 - 94000
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessment and intervention for individuals particularly in clinical settings and elementary schools.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies tailored to the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to create individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct regular monitoring of client progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments interventions and progress reports.
- Educate clients families and staff about behavioral techniques and strategies to support client development.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA in any applicable setting (clinical or school-based).
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and families.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in an onsite role at an elementary school.
- Availability to work during standard business hours 8 AM - 4 PM).
Desired Experience:
Prior experience in a clinical or school-based setting is highly desirable. Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans will be a beneficial asset.
