Do you want to take on responsible tasks from day one and develop your career in a dynamic and growing e-commerce company Then become part of our team as a Buying Assistant Private Label (all genders)! Deine Aufgaben:
- You support purchasing with the creation and management of procurement orders.
- You manage suppliers and ensure smooth order processing and disposition.
- You support controlling in ensuring data quality.
- You monitor delivery dates budget and planning specifications.
- You collaborate closely with the Sales Logistics Finance and Tech departments.
- Youll work directly with the products for our private labels. Youll inspect and process the samples we receive.
- Youll provide direct support to our Product Managers supplying information on suppliers sales figures etc.
- Youll participate in fittings and concept meetings.
Your Profile:
- A passionate enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
- Youre accustomed to structured work and demonstrate a high degree of self-organization.
- Youre proactive willing to jump in where needed and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You have an affinity for systematic processes and are generally familiar with common KPIs in the textile industry and process optimization.
- You possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Initial experience with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign Navision and Tableau is a plus.
- Business fluent in German and English.
