Job Description
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Role: Arabic speaking Customer Support Advisor
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1000 (paid 14x p/a) 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher plus 20 Euro monthly transport allowance.
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 24x7
Relocation support: Reimbursement of Airfare up to 400€ after 6 months Plus availability of subsidised company Apartment (Room in a shared flat) with rent of 280€ (this will be deducted directly from your monthly pay)
The Company
Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon they are looking to recruit fluent Italian speakers to joing their international customer support team.
The Role
This is a B2B support role in which the agent will provide chat-based assistance exclusively to sales teams and/or advertisers using a leading global advertising platform. The position involves supporting users with inquiries related to advertising products and tools with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a confidential client environment.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to details
Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly gross salary of: basic gross p/m Euro 1000 (paid 14x p/a) 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher plus 20 Euro monthly transport allowance. Fully paid training is provided.
