Job Description
Digital Workplace Technology team is seeking a Microsoft 365 functional expert to join our Employee Productivity Squad. Our squad is dedicated to enhancing productivity and collaboration within the company primarily through (but not limited to) the Microsoft 365 productivity suite which includes SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams Exchange (including Online) Viva and more.
We are looking for someone with strong expertise in the main collaboration modules and functionalities that Microsoft 365 offers. As a functional expert your responsibilities will include:
Investigating Microsoft technologies in the context of various projects.
Staying updated on the latest features of Microsoft 365 technology and sharing this
knowledge with the team.
Providing guidance and expertise during workshops to end-users and throughout projects.
Documenting and managing qualification activities from start to finish.

Requirements
Your profile:
Min. 3 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and it s collaboration modules
(SharePoint Online MS Teams OneDrive ...)
Excellent knowledge in SharePoint Online and MS Teams functionalities
Experience on Microsoft Loop is an advantage
Strong communication and documentation skills are mandatory
Basic knowledge in PowerShell is a plus
Passionate to learn new technologies
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Flexible to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
Excellent language skills to effectively communicate in English (speaking and writing)
Responsible for overseeing the strategy, governance, and quality of all master data (Vendors, Customers, Materials), ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in global data management. in depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
