The Role:
We re looking for an energetic and people-focused Employee Engagement to lead our internal culture efforts. From planning fun activities to fostering team spirit you ll be the go-to person for making Rendream a great place to work.
What You ll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee coordination
- Plan and lead team-building events wellness activities and social gatherings
- Drive employee engagement strategies and keep everyone motivated.
- Promote a culture of openness collaboration and innovation
- Communicate upcoming activities and HR updates clearly about the budge
- Collect feedback and improve engagement initiatives
- Proactively engage with teams to align activities with company values
- Coordinate quarterly evaluations and help map out career growth plans
- Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure a great first impression
- Facilitate positive and constructive exit interviews
- Support company-wide learning sessions and development programs
- Organize employee appreciation events; birthdays work anniversaries and more
- Assist the HR Manager with official meetings and documentation
Requirements
- Friendly confident and full of energy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas for engagement
- Proactive organized and detail-oriented
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in employee engagement; in Tech Industry is a plus
