Aigens is a hotel and restaurant tech start-up that has helped steer the digital revolution of the F&B and Hospitality industry in Asia Pacific. We started as a 2-man team in 2012 and have since grown into a SaaS company known for being a market leader with significant wins essentially being the first to introduce BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) QR code ordering technology to Hong Kong and Singapore.
In the last three years we ve experienced our most significant growth to date: resulting in 6 regional offices across APAC and 120 team members (and increasing every month). We are headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Bangkok Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. We serve more than 500 brands in F&B and Hospitality including global names like Accor Hyatt Centara KFC Burger King Starbucks etc.
Catering to Aigens business growth and regional expansion opportunities we are looking for a highly motivated organized self-starter to join our team. You will be one of the key influencers to shape the customer experience of our key customers. What your daily work looks like:
Develop comprehensive project plans scope objectives deliverables resources and timelines
Implement according to the plan monitor project progress and ensure quality of deliverables
Manage stakeholders communicate project status in regular basis
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plan
Maintain accurate project documentation including plans reports and change requests.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
Review and improve operation workflows anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement
Drive the support and maintenance of the application and organise the handover to the support team
We are looking for someone with:
4 years of relevant experience in project management preferably in IT/Technology
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration Project Management or related disciplines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage and communicate details and explain rationale to different stakeholders.
Great sense of ownership and transparent in communications and reporting
Great abilities to work with details and meet tight deadlines
Professional manners and strong business acumen
Excellent interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus) in both written and spoken forms.
