They are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function across all business units.
The Sales Manager Catering will be responsible for driving B2B catering sales expanding the client base and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This role involves leading the sales process from prospecting to closing with a focus on corporate accounts institutions and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate clients factories events schools and institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle (lead generation proposal negotiation and closing).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to tailor catering solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing models.
Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and report on pipeline and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in catering or F&B services.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of catering operations menu planning and client expectations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
