Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montgomery AL. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth internal communications across departments.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing data entry and document management
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Prepare reports memos and other correspondence
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Support internal teams with project-related administrative tasks
Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
