We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in planning organizing and executing both internal and client-based events. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning coordinating and executing corporate and promotional events
Communicate with vendors venues and clients to ensure event needs are met
Handle logistics including setup breakdown and inventory management
Prepare event materials schedules and guest lists
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and help manage budgets
Support the events team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field preferred
1 year of experience in event planning hospitality or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
