Within the CIO Office the quality and process referent contributes to the reduction of the risks of execution of the DSI and is force of proposal on the associated remediation plans. This position offers the opportunity to know the business challenges of the company via strategic programs and therefore to discover the different insurance businesses / products.
Job main activities:
Performance of quality reviews according to a methodology specific to the company for projects and applications portfolio (worldwide)
Support for the IT Teams in the application of the reference framework (framework called My Way based on IT processes)
Be a driving force in identifying plans to remedy the risks identified
Develop the IT process reference framework using a continuous improvement loop
Contribute to the scalability of the reference framework standardizing the Groups IT processes and providing the necessary documentary models
You will also be the operational referent on the JIRA and Confluence tools with regard to the Groups interlocutors and the IT department (analysis of change requests support users on the tools ).
The distribution of the activity will be:
20% approx. on applications portfolio monitoring as Quality Assurance referent namely the realization of Applications Portfolio Quality Assurance Reviews.
35% approx. on project monitoring as Quality Assurance referent of the project namely the realization of Project Quality Assurance Reviews. It can be estimated that a QPR follows a portfolio between 15 and 20 projects per year.
25% approx. on the reference framework and the IT processes associated with the projects
20% approx. on the activity of operational referent on the JIRA and Confluence tools
Qualifications :
Mandatory:
From an experience point of view having at least three years of experience in an asset IT team.
Microsoft office suite
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools
Computer skills
Knowledge of project management : Have knowledge of at least one of the following two project management methods: V cycle / Scrum Knowledge of the agile environment adapting the agile mindset
Be rigorous
Adaptability
Analytical skills
Ability to develop or adapt a process (nice to have)
Organizational capacity / autonomy
Fluent in French
Good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication
