Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Cloud Architect to support the development and implementation of a next-generation business-oriented network and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
You will work within a dynamic international environment collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data on regional data centers and satellite sites across the EU.
- Participate in design workshops to define:
- Cloud connectivity strategies
- Data center interconnection (WAN/MAN)
- Routing architecture
- Assess current solutions and constraints.
- Develop a high-level Target Operating Model (ToM).
- Create a roadmap and budget plan identifying high-value quick wins.
- Draft RFPs/RFQs and assist in vendor evaluation.
- Build evaluation grids and analyze vendor proposals.
- Support bid defense sessions and executive presentations.
- Prepare Low-Level Designs (LLD) and refine the ToM.
- Support rollout planning and execution across selected European locations.
Qualifications :
- At least 8 years of experience in Network Architecture within international matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record in large-scale architecture standardization and transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in:
- Data Center and Cloud Network technologies
- Cloud peering and connectivity (AWS Azure GCP)
- Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) technologies (ACI NSX-T)
- Network Security (SASE VPN Firewalls Web Gateways Segmentation Cisco)
- Network Automation (Terraform Ansible Python)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure best practices and security integration.
- Experience with network convergence operating models and charging models.
- Familiarity with vendor ecosystems and market trends.
- Fluent in English
