Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex transformation programs for a diverse portfolio of clients helping them navigate strategic change and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As a Senior Manager you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact engagements expanding key client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of our consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives ensuring projects meet client objectives timelines and quality standards.
- Build and deepen client relationships by identifying opportunities for value creation expanding existing engagements and supporting new business development efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance on transformation challenges across digital operational and cultural dimensions.
- Drive business development activities including proposal development client pitches and go-to-market strategies to enhance the firms market presence.
- Lead coach and develop high-performing project teams fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends emerging technologies including AI to bring fresh thinking and innovative solutions to clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the Business and Digital Transformation practice by shaping service offerings methodologies and thought leadership.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years experience in consulting roles
- Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs and delivering results in dynamic client environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior client relationships with a strong professional network.
- Deep understanding of operational processes digital innovation and change management methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in leading coaching and developing diverse consulting teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building business expanding capabilities and driving growth.
