The Digital Delivery Senior Manager translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution for a cross-functional team responsible for designing planning building and supporting a portfolio of global websites applications and mobile apps. The incumbent effectively cascades functional strategy of the applications solutions and digital capabilities centered around the domain of digital interconnected customer experience. They participate with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives to ensure successful digital experiences for customers around the globe.
The Senior Digital Delivery Manager will lead the transformation of our Retail Color Services platformpowering over 5000 retail locations with precision consistency and innovation. This role plays a key part shaping the future of color technology in retail delivering a modern cloud-native platform that ensures exceptional customer satisfaction through our in-store color matching and tinting systems. This position will be responsible for driving the architecture development and delivery of scalable high-performance solutions. The Senior Digital Delivery Manager will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with product UX and business stakeholders to ensure quality reliability and consistency across all retail touchpoints.

Experience in leading application development using MACH architecture (Microservices API-first Cloud-native and Headless) ensuring scalable flexible and high-performance solutions with an edge computing architecture.
