Job Description

  • Team leader of GS/MAC-AP1 lead the category buyers of component team (bearings and fasteners in China) roughly total 70mio EUR purchasing volume which covers M and Non M.
  • Drive together with team for commercial negotiation strategy and execution
  • Lead the team to create purchasing strategy for various business sectors and work closely with global team
  • Responsible for the target deployment of component team according to GS/PU3 target matrix
  • Support and guide team to manage suppliers relationships and performances
  • Collaborates with regional business units for RPP projects and handling delivery escalations
  • Support regional localization projects
  • Key user/ coordinator of Cost Structure Analysis BAD Payment Term for MAC-AP

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree and above majored in business supply chain or commerce
  • More than 8 years of procurement/sourcing experience with leadership experience or high leadership potential
  • Min. 5 yrs working experience in automotive industry
  • International language speaking
  • Experience with bearing / fastener / metal/steel category purchasing is a plus
  • Strong digital competencies is also a plus ( GenAI Power BI etc)
  • Positive leadership mindset be able to cope with challenges
  • Ready to travel frequently
