- Manage key medical expert relationships in conjunction with the Consultant Services team identifying recruitment of medical experts and assisting in their orientation/training on our processes and protocols compliance requirements report quality and timeliness.
- In collaboration with your team you will develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals negotiate contracts and ensure that sales activities are documented accurately.
- You will be responsible for planning and coordinating meetings with key clients and decision makers to expand our network gain insights and strengthen our position in the industry.
- Working closely with our marketing team your industry knowledge will provide valuable insights to drive marketing initiatives and promotion.
- Efficiency in administrative tasks related to business development activities is crucial. This includes scheduling meetings managing calendars effective time management and follow up to facilitate the smooth execution of initiatives.
- Maintain a keen eye on key performance metrics tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of our client partnership efforts. Regular reports will be prepared for senior management providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration is fundamental to our success. You will work closely with internal teams including legal experts medical consultants and the Client Services Team to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

- Experience or qualifications in business health legal or insurance industries ideally with experience in client & stakeholder management highly regarded
