You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Senior Account Manager at NCS you will be central to driving business growth within the New South Wales Retail sector. This role involves managing a large Retail client while leading initiatives to drive growth in the account. Your primary goal is to identify and secure new business opportunities and strategically expand our presence within the account. Achieving this requires a deep understanding of the challenges and objectives facing the client in the Australian Retail landscape.
To succeed youll stay informed about Retail industry trends and the competitive environment enabling you to identify emerging opportunities and advise your client on effective solutions. The focus is on building strong long-term strategic partnerships and driving growth across your client (potentially expanding to other retail clients in the future). This extends beyond maintaining relationships; you will actively seek fresh business opportunities and revenue streams within each account by aligning NCSs technology offerings with clients evolving goals anticipating future market needs and leading initiatives to provide valuable solutions to your diverse client base.
On a day-to-day basis you will oversee the creation and presentation of tailored proposals including RFPs and RFQs for projects and services that meet the specific needs of your clients. You will negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximise value and secure new business. Collaborating closely with our solutions specialists project managers and delivery teams you will ensure seamless service delivery achieve sales and revenue targets and provide clear reports on account status pipeline development and strategic growth initiatives across client portfolio.
