Handle room reservations modifications and cancellations efficiently
Process payments deposits and billing with accuracy and attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill requests
Provide information about room types hotel services special packages and promotions
Maintain accurate records complete daily reports and manage shift handovers smoothly
Promote and manage loyalty program memberships
Assist with Executive Lounge operations including guest registration and concierge duties
Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new colleagues as a buddy/trainer
Take on the role of shift leader in the absence of the Front Office Supervisor
Uphold cleanliness and organization in front and back office areas
Communicate professionally and proactively resolve guest complaints when needed
Qualifications :
Degree in Hospitality Tourism or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Front Office role
Strong command of English (C1 or above); additional languages are a plus
Proficient in Opera PMS or similar hotel management software
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Guest-focused detail-oriented and a natural team player
Flexible with working hours including night shifts and weekends
