Your Role:
Join the Customer Support or Content Moderation team supporting well-known global brands in tech travel retail or social media.
Depending on the project your tasks may include:
- Assisting German-speaking customers via phone chat or email
- Moderating content to ensure it aligns with community standards
- Solving product-related queries and technical issues
- Creating a positive and helpful experience for every user

- Shared Accommodation provided (280/month with utilities deducted from salary)

What Youll Earn:
- Competitive base salary (1100-1500 x14 months depending on the role)

Schedules:
- Rotative or fixed shifts available
- 40 hours/week with 2 days off
- Project-specific training (24 weeks fully paid)
Who You Are:
- Native or C1-level German speaker
- B1-level or above in English
- EU nationality or valid Portuguese/EU work permit
- Comfortable using computers and eager to learn
- Positive mindset and team-player spirit
