Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in lead generation outbound sales and appointment setting. This role supports the executive team by managing outreach pipelines qualifying leads booking high-quality meetings and ensuring no opportunity falls through the crackswhile also handling administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate executive communications
- Prepare meeting briefs summaries and follow-up notes
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Update and manage lead tracking systems
- Monitor deal stages follow-up sequences and conversion metrics
- Prepare weekly lead generation and sales activity reports
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn CRM tools directories and databases
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists
- Qualify leads based on ideal client profiles
Sales & Appointment Setting
- Conduct outbound outreach via email LinkedIn and/or phone
- Follow up with cold and warm leads to book sales calls
- Manage and optimize appointment-setting scripts and templates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce GoHighLevel etc.)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a VA with lead generation sales and appointment setting duties
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using CRMs email tools and LinkedIn outreach platforms
- Comfortable with sales outreach follow-ups and objection handling
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized reliable and proactive in managing priorities
