We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our multilingual Customer Support Department based in MALTA.
In this role youll be supporting our German and Austrian sales teams and will play a crucial part in maintaining service excellence identifying improvement areas and supporting training strategies to uplift the teams overall performance.
Your Role:
- Review customer interactions and assess adherence to internal standards.
- Deliver insightful feedback to team leads and contribute to coaching efforts.
- Monitor trends through detailed call analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to address skill gaps.
- Recommend actionable improvements that enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Stay updated with QA trends and help refine our internal processes.
Who You Are:
- A QA professional with at least 2 years experience ideally in a call center or sales support setting.
- Organized analytical and driven by quality outcomes.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and QA reporting tools.
