Job Description
HR Manager So Paulo Brazil (On-site Full-time)
Were on the lookout for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to help us build our HR presence in So Paulo from the ground up! This is a unique opportunity to be the first on-site HR hire and eventually lead the growth of a local HR team.
Youll handle the full scope of HR operations from onboarding and performance reviews to offboarding ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws and company-wide best practices. Youll design and roll out HR policies aligned with our global values and keep all employee records and databases in top shape.
If youre confident with payroll youll collaborate closely with internal and external teams to get systems up and running. Were big on cultureso expect to lead the way in fostering a positive inclusive work environment. Youll also tackle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and care.
We value data-driven decision-making. Youll be expected to analyze key HR metrics deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives with well-prepared business cases. Clear communication with Operations and other departments will be essential for your success.
What were looking for:

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong grasp of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices

Excellent leadership communication and multitasking skills

HR certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
