Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of electrical projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to regulations. The role involves collaboration with clients vendors and a multidisciplinary team including engineers electricians and welders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Development:
- Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines and budgets.
Resource Management:
- Estimate requirements for materials labor subcontractors and equipment.
Project Execution:
- Lead project teams ensuring collaboration and effective communication among members.
- Coordinate with other trades to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project.
Quality Control:
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timelines and goals are met.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds standards.
Financial Management:
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients stakeholders and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in Project management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
