Job Description
Human Capital Solutions Inc is pleased to represent our latest client/company in their efforts to locate and hire an experienced LLM Founding AI/ML Engineer. Due to confidential agreements full disclosure is being withheld until such time is appropriate.
This is a well-funded dynamic start-up that is seeking this key individual to join the team!
Note we are not seeking a Data Science background
Required experience includes:
- Strong experience in LLM fine-tuning and debugging particularly with frameworks like LoRA/QLoRA TRL and Axolotl.
- Proficiency in Python Typescript and ML frameworks with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools as needed.
- 3 years full-time employment experience including 1 year experience working for a startup.
- Degreed from top university with a top tech school
- Remote US sate side opportunity. No out of country candidates considered
Not looking for:
- Research or data scientist background
- <1 year of early/growth stage startup experience
- Missing fine-tuning or post training skills
