Remote Customer Care with a Retail Company (French Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in the North Portugal (Coimbra and higher)! Youve got to be located in the North Portugal (Coimbra and higher).
Salary is EUR 880 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 170 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year
* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor you will:
- Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
- Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges
- Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Your qualifications
Were a great match if you:
- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Are available for rotating schedules
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
- Youre analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
