Salary: Open-level role (multiple positions Junior to Senior Manager) salaries range from $2500-$6500 plus comission share.

Job Description
Based in a major Southeast Asian capital a leading real estate development company part of a large regional conglomerate is seeking a Business Development Specialist.
This is an open-level role suitable for candidates from junior (analyst) to senior (director) who will be responsible for tasks related to financial analysis investor relations and fundraising.
Qualifications
Analytical Financial Modeling Skills and Market Research and Communication/Presentation abilities
Professional fluency in English and additional fluency in Asian languages such as Chinese Japanese or Korean
Bachelors or advanced degree in Real Estate Management Finance Accounting Marketing or related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively & Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
Knowledge of valuation/appraisal is a plus
CFA CAIA CMA Certified appraiser/surveyor or CPA holders will be a plus
