Description
ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital in San Fernando Valley is looking for an experienced Client Coordinatorto join our growing team!
At ACCESS we recognize the importance of those individuals taking such good care of our pets and their families by offering competitive pay starting at$21 - $24/ hour(dependent upon experience).
- Work closely with Board Certified Specialists and Emergency DVMs
- Serve the critical role of being the liaison between doctors clients and patients
- Organize/ track patient diagnostics
- Coordinate hospitalized patient treatment
- Prepare patient discharge reports/ in-hospital updates
- Communicate with clients referring DVMs; and pharmacies as needed regarding appointments medical concerns patient updates referrals and prescriptions
Our ideal candidates:
- Have a desire to help people and their pets
- Minimum two-year veterinary experience in a customer service role
- Must be able to read write and speak English fluently in a clear and audible voice
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- And most importantly embody our core principles: Quality Integrity Compassion and Service
- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Experience with ezyvet a plus

ACCESS San Fernando Valley also offersshift differentials..
Shift hours worked between:
7pm-11pm additional$2/hour
11pm-7am additional$3/hour
any shift on Saturdays and Sundays additional$2/hour
