- Check equipment and part warranties for service jobs.
- Source parts and materials from multiple vendors distributors and warehouse locations.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure availability accurate pricing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by receiving stocking organizing and cycle-counting parts.
- Fulfill teammate replenishment orders and coordinate timely restocking of service van inventory.
- Track monitor and document part orders using our internal systems.
- Work closely with service managers dispatchers and technicians to meet daily and weekly parts needs.
- Assist with general warehouse and logistics operations as needed.
- Entry-level role with in-house training.
- No prior experience in parts sourcing/fulfillment is required although welcomed.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using inventory software spreadsheets and vendor portals.
- Solid communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and outside vendors.
- Ability to prioritize stay organized and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
