Job Description
This is a leadership position for a senior Architect who thrives in a busy design-led practice and wants to take ownershipnot just of projects but of people outcomes and culture.
The role will suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail who knows what it takes to deliver a high-quality project from start to finish and who genuinely cares about building strong well-supported teams. Its about keeping work moving maintaining standards and backing your people.
Youll lead a small team (68) and be responsible for project planning resource coordination performance reviews and technical oversight. Youll be across deadlines budgets and deliverablesbut also across the wellbeing development and growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the successful delivery of architectural projects across design and documentation
Manage resourcing project planning deadlines and performance KPIs
Work closely with Project Leaders to guide quality and consistency across all stages
Conduct regular team check-ins performance reviews and career development conversations
Review and maintain design standards and technical outcomes
Be the day-to-day support for the team escalating issues and resolving bottlenecks early
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
About You
Registered Architect with a minimum 10 years experience
Strong documentation and delivery experience across complex architectural projects
Confident team leader with the ability to guide mentor and support others
Able to manage multiple projects and team priorities concurrently
Commercially aware and comfortable tracking budgets hours and profitability
Clear confident communicator who leads by example
