Below are the details of the position and the company:
Pediatric Behavior Solutions ;is seeking a passionate and dedicated ;Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ;to join our growing team in the Metro Detroit area. This is a ;hybrid position combining in-person services with telehealth supervision and family engagement sessions as needed. Hybrid Position - Metro Detroit Area (Home Community & School-Based Services)
Full-Time or Part-Time Hourly or Salaried (Competitive & Negotiable)
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking a BCBA who:
-
Is passionate about family engagement and caregiver collaboration
-
Has experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and community-based supports
-
Enjoys working in home school and community settings
-
Can conduct telehealth supervision and parent sessions when appropriate
-
Has knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and social-emotional supports
-
Works well within multidisciplinary teams
-
Has school-based experience (preferred but not required)

Qualifications:
